Security System Maintenance
Volpe | Cambridge, MA

For this ongoing contract, our team provides maintenance services to the Volpe Center’s Security Management System (SMS). The SMS includes intrusion detection, Volpe physical access control, visitor management, and closed-circuit television. Our team upgraded the system to be compatible with the newest version of Microsoft Windows and made several repairs to address legacy maintenance issues when the contract was first awarded. Our team maintains both the hardware and software and all software licenses, conducting weekly preventative maintenance visits and emergency service calls, as needed, and working closely with the customer to schedule repairs that may result in outages.
