We provided five full-time conservators to the National Park Services in the Northeast Region through five separate contracts. The positions we fill are a Paper Conservator, a Furniture Conservator, an Objects Conservator, a Book Conservator, and an Arts Deco Conservator. Services included preventative maintenance, planning management, the development of collection-wide conservation treatment and research, and conservation training. The conservators are professionally trained with a specialization in conservation of decorative arts objects, architectural elements, outdoor sculpture, archaeological artifacts, ethnographic, and historic objects. We are currently providing Redstone Arsenal Department of Public Works with engineering, technical, and operational support services for a wide range of projects for installation facilities, utility systems, and infrastructure. Services are specified and ordered by individual task orders under the master contract. Specific services provided include preparing technical drawings, providing building system component design and analysis, design review, field surveys, maintenance of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) database, NEPA subject matter expert (SME) support, environmental assessments, cultural assessments and recovery of artifacts, data collections using global positioning system (GPS), map creation, geographic information system (GIS) database entry, installation status report (ISR) facility assessments, etc. All personnel provided in support of this contract are employed by us. For this ongoing contract, our team provides maintenance services to the Volpe Center’s Security Management System (SMS). The SMS includes intrusion detection, Volpe physical access control, visitor management, and closed-circuit television. Our team upgraded the system to be compatible with the newest version of Microsoft Windows and made several repairs to address legacy maintenance issues when the contract was first awarded. Our team maintains both the hardware and software and all software licenses, conducting weekly preventative maintenance visits and emergency service calls, as needed, and working closely with the customer to schedule repairs that may result in outages.

For this ongoing contract, our team provides preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment, plumbing equipment, boilers, generators, fire alarm and suppression systems, weight handling equipment, oil/water separators, pressure vessels, and overhead doors; septic tank pumping; electrical repair and troubleshooting; locating services; roof inspections; and more for Navy sites including NSA Cutler, NCTAMS Cutler, NAVIFOR Cutler, Brunswick Naval Air Station, SERE Rangeley, Great Pont, Prospect Harbor (Space Force), NOSC White River Junction, PNSY CIA, and PNSY Non-CIA. Our teams also provide janitorial services, snow plowing, general maintenance, and pest control for these facilities.

For this ongoing contract, our team provides facility system operations; facility support services, including escorting contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and guests; grounds maintenance; trash and refuse removal; receiving and distributing mail and packages; pest control; preventative maintenance; minor and major repairs; and minor construction at the National Law Enforcement Communications Center (NLECC), and executes minor work at the Hi-Tech Warehouse.
