USACE Tulsa District | USACE Tulsa District Area of Responsibility

Awarded this POCA for use at military installations in Oklahoma and north Texas, and USACE dams and recreation areas within the Southwestern Division and/or the Tulsa District boundaries. Task orders awarded to date have all been design-build and include building renovations, road repairs, construction of a new motor equipment parking lot, and a bridge replacement. Renovate Building 49
NAVFAC Southeast | Naval Support Activity Panama City, FL

Completed a design/build project for the renovation of Building 49 at NSA Panama City. Building 49 sustained damage from Hurricane Michael and these renovations were part of the recovery work associated with that natural disaster. The renovation work included exterior maintenance and repairs; accessibility additions; and mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC repair and replacement. Building 49 was occupied during the renovation work, requiring the work to be completed in two phases. Phase 1 included work to the second floor and Phase 2 included work to the first floor.

Also completed design/build renovations of Building 495 and Building 100; and security upgrades for Buildings 371, 400, and 490 under three separate contracts. All four contracts received Exceptional CPARs in all rated categories. (CCI General Contractors, LLC)
