Upgrade Propane Air Mix Plant Emergency Reserve (PAMPER) Plant
USACE Savannah District | Robins AFB, GA

Modified design-build project to replace the existing synthetic natural gas (SNG) production plant with a new higher efficiency plant and NFPA code compliant fire alarm control panel system. The new PAMPER plant produces and distributes supplemental SNG to all base facilities when a natural gas supply curtailment from the local utility company occurs during the winter season. Project highlights: installation of air compressors, receiver tank, pump skids, propane-oxygen mixture (POM) tank, blending valves, EFSO stations, flare tower, fire alarm control panel and flame detection sensors, liquid propane gas (LPG) pressure relief valves, security fencing, and vehicle gate. Construction of a Ground Vehicle Fueling Facility

Replace Ground Vehicle Fueling Facility
USACE Omaha District | Ft. Belvoir, VA

Constructed a replacement ground vehicle fueling facility within a 2.58-acre, wooded area—the habitat of a protected species that restricted clearing/grubbing for site preparation until after their southward migration. New installation included a 30-ft. by 30-ft. petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) building; new concrete paving, refueler parking, employee parking and dispenser islands; two refueler fill stands and four dispensers including canopies; and four underground storage tanks—two 12,000-gal diesel, one 20,000-gal. motor gasoline (MOGAS), and one 30,000-gal.
E 85—including 2,000 LF of 2-in. and 400 LF of 3-in. fuel piping. (SES Energy Services LLC)
