Maintained and repaired Army DLA-Energy petroleum systems and facilities, ensuring that they complied with applicable code requirements, and with federal, state, and local regulations. Service orders under the RMMR program required the team to provide emergency repairs for fueling systems, in addition to routine maintenance and inspections. Provided these services for 27 Army facilities for aviation and ground fuel systems including maintaining coating, civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural aspects of the systems. Transformed an existing Eye Clinic to provide a new 2,217-SF veterinary treatment facility including reception area, administrative spaces, exam rooms, X-ray room, kennel spaces, Military Working Dog treatment room, large dental-surgical prep area, operating room, and pet relief area. Project required: design; a temporary phasing space to maintain mission critical operations; demolition; repair of exterior finish insulation system; new architectural features and finishes; upgrade of the electrical service with a 225kVA transformer including main distribution panels and systems; addition of a 15kVA uninterruptible power supply for backup power; communications; clean room lighting; installation of new variable air value air handling unit, exhaust, and Allerton building automation system; hard-piped medical gas and new plumbing fixtures and systems for restrooms, lounge, and laundry; and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
